Who we are

WiseMatcher is a service for recruiters and staffing agencies. As our customer, you upload your candidates' resumes, configure a search (a matcher), and we periodically scan job boards, use AI to match listings against those resumes, and email the results to a recipient address you choose.

What we collect and why

• Account information (name, email, password) — to create and secure your account and communicate with you.
• Candidate resumes and the text we extract from them — uploaded by you, the customer, and processed solely to generate job matches for your matchers.
• Matcher settings (target position, country, work model, mailing cadence, recipient email) — to run your searches and deliver results.
• Billing information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe, to manage your paid subscription. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device data (log data, IP address, basic analytics) — to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Candidate resumes

Resumes are uploaded by you about your candidates. We process the extracted text only to match it against job listings and produce the results you asked for. You are responsible for having the appropriate basis to share that information with us. We do not use candidate resumes for advertising or to build profiles for our own marketing.

We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use service providers (for example, hosting, email delivery, payments, and AI matching) only to operate WiseMatcher on our instructions.

Your privacy choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can ask us about how we handle it. To make a request, email us at hi@wisematcher.com.
